Who are Social Market’s courses aimed at?

Our training is designed to be accessible for anyone. No matter what your level of competence in Social Media , or your experience of it, Social Market courses will teach you all you need to know about your chosen subject.

The courses are also ideal for those responsible for directing or managing a social marketing programme, campaign or initiative.

How does it work?

The Core Skills Course is divided into six modules and each module into five ‘days’. The idea is that on each day you should spend one hour studying and then doing practical things like signing up for a social media site, or creating a profile. That way you aren’t ‘cramming’ but learning and experiencing and the time you spend is finite. Our Focus Courses are shorter, though much more detailed in their undertaking of the subjects.

How long does it take?

For our Core Skills course, you’ll need a minimum of an hour a day, five days a week. The Focus courses can be completed in as little as a full day.

How is the course delivered?

All our courses are delivered through our e-learning system here at tigertwo.net. This allows us to assess your progress, as well as provide assistance quickly and efficiently. We aim to answer all support queries within 48 hours or less.

Is there a printed alternative to the online course?

We don’t supply printed versions of the courses, as this would raise the cost of the courses by literally hundreds. While our Focus Courses average at 80 full-colour pages, the full SMM course is 450 pages long. Not to mention incredibly heavy!

Will I always have access to the files?

No. Our materials are updated constantly, so we’ve designed the system to open files in a web window. You will however be enrolled for 90 consecutive days to ensure you have enough time to take it all in, and benefit from learning support even after you’ve completed your course.
